Sales Team
UNILAN’s sales objectives and procedures include:
- Researching the client’s needs and requests to find optimum solutions for the client.
- Visiting the client’s site to get a better understanding of its environment.
- Setting up demos and presentations from different manufacturers to present products to our clients.
- Designing specific, solution-oriented proposal submissions to clients.
- Assisting clients over the phone with questions they have concerning their systems.
- Placing orders for merchandise and answering requests for service from clients.
Technical Service
The UNILAN Technical Team has several years of cumulative experience in the computer industry in the following areas:
